4. Review all “S.43A” documentation and provide any comments on the nature, character, and environmental impacts of the proposed amendments to the Ravensthorpe Nickel Project Revised Proposal. The EPA will consider submissions on the s.43A application when determining weather or not to approve the proposed changes to the referred proposal. If approved, the EPA will include the proposed changes in its assessment of the proposal to the Minister.
