Smiths Beach Project – Environmental Scoping Document
Overview
Smiths 2014 Pty Ltd proposes to develop Lot 4131 Smiths Beach Road, Yallingup for a coastal tourism village.
A draft Environmental Scoping Document (ESD) has been prepared by Strategen-JBS&G in accordance with Environmental Protection Authority procedures and is released for public review.
The draft ESD sets out the preliminary key environmental factors and environmental information the Environmental Review Document must address.

The public review period has now been extended; public submissions are to be received by the EPA by 15 June 2023’.
