Overview

The proponent is proposing to construct and operate the Kintyre uranium project. The proposal includes the open cut mining of uranium ore, processing, and the transport of uranium ore concentrate to the Port of Adelaide. The project is located 260km northeast of Newman in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia.
