Overview

Digital 4 Pty Ltd is proposing the construction of residential housing and associated civil infrastructure, and the establishment of a conservation area. The proposal is located approximately 12 km north of Perth CBD, in the suburb of Hamersley.

The additional information package has been prepared by Digital 4 Pty Ltd in accordance with Environmental Protection Authority procedures and is released for public review.

The Level of Assessment was set at Referral Information with Additional Information (2-week public review). The additional information package published for public review examines the likely environmental effects and the proposed environmental management procedures associated with the proposed development.
