Subdivision of Lot 102 Farrall Road, Midvale - Public Environmental Review
Overview
Peet Stratton Pty Ltd is proposing to develop Lot 102 Farrall Road, Midvale for residential uses in accordance with the Farrall Road Local Structure Plan No. 42. The development includes roads, residential lots, public open space areas and associated infrastructure.
A Supplementary Environmental Report (SER) has been prepared by the Peet Stratton Pty Ltd in accordance with Environmental Protection Authority procedures and is released for public review.
The SER describes the proposal, examines the likely environmental effects and the proposed environmental management procedures associated with the proposed development.
