Overview

Saracen Properties Pty Ltd (representing 5 Star Margaret River Pty Ltd and The Beach Village Pty Ltd) is proposing to develop a five star resort and beach village, comprising short stay accommodation, residential dwellings and commercial premises. The proposal is located over various lots along Wallcliffe Road, Gnarabup.

An Environmental Review Document (ERD) has been prepared by the proponent in accordance with Environmental Protection Authority procedures and is released for public review. 

The ERD describes the proposal and examines the likely environmental impacts and proposed environmental management procedures for the proposal.

The ERD is available for download from the proposal case view from the EPA website under 3. Assessment > Environmental Review.
