City of Gosnells Town Planning Scheme 6 Amendments 166 & 169 – Maddington Kenwick Strategic Employment Area (MKSEA) - Environmental Review

Overview

The City of Gosnells has initiated Amendments 166 and 169 to rezone land within the Maddington Kenwick Strategic Employment Area (MKSEA) from ‘General Rural’ to ‘Business Development’. Amendment 166 applies to Precinct 3B, and Amendment 169 applies to Precinct 2 within the MKSEA. 

An Environmental Review Document (ERD) has been prepared by the City of Gosnells and is released for public review.  

The ERD describes the amendments, the environmental values, examines the likely environmental effects and the proposed environmental management procedures associated with the proposed amendments.
