Overview

The City of Joondalup is proposing the development of a recreational, residential, boating and tourist development, located at Ocean Reef, Western Australia, referred to as the Ocean Reef Marina.

A Public Environmental Review (PER) has been prepared by the City of Joondalup in accordance with the Western Australian Government procedures and is released for public review. The PER document describes the proposal, examines the likely environmental effects and the proposed environmental management procedures associated with the proposed development.

Copies of the PER document can be downloaded from joondalup.wa.gov.au or will be available for examination at City of Joondalup Libraries.

The PER document may also be purchased in hard copy for $10 (including postage and packaging) or a CD version is available free of charge. To order your copy, please call 9400 4349 or visit the City of Joondalup Administration Building, 90 Boas Avenue, Joondalup.

Note that concurrent public submissions are invited on the:
