The Matters of National Environmental Significance listed in the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Sections 18 and 18a Listed Threatened Species and Communities:
- Northern Quoll (Dasyurus hallucatus) – Endangered –Identified with DE
- Pilbara Leaf-nosed Bat (Rhinonicteris aurantia) – Vulnerable – Identified within DE
- Pilbara Olive Python (Liasis olivaceus barroni) – Vulnerable – Highly likely to occur within DE
- Northern Brushtail Possum (Trichosurus vulpecula arnhemensis) - (Vulnerable) - Occurrence within DE possible
- Fork tailed swift (Apus pacificus) - (Migratory) – Occurrence within DE possible
- Ghost Bat (Macroderma gigas)- Vulnerable - Identified within DE
