Overview
The Trustee for Aigle Royal Group Discretionary Trust (Aigle Royal Group) (the proponent) is proposing the urban development of Lots 11 and 74 Beenyup Road, Banjup, which will include a 4.63 hectare (ha) residential and urban area, and a 21.55 ha conservation reserve. The proposal is located within the City of Cockburn local government area and is approximately 27 km south of Perth Central Business District (CBD).
The Level of Assessment was set at Referral Information with Additional Information (2 weeks public review). The ERD described the proposal, examines the likely environmental effects and the proposed environmental management procedures associated with the proposed development.
