Department of Housing Kwinana Project

Overview

The Department of Housing proposes to develop three sites within the City of Kwinana into residential housing and mixed use developments.  The three sites include the Kwinana Town Centre, Parmelia and the Train Station Precinct.  The objective of the development is to provide for a renewed and modern element to the Kwinana area.

What happens next

Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.

The Chairman's decisions on level of assessment are released each Monday on the EPA's website.
