Overview
Aberdeen Nominees Pty Ltd., Talia Nominees Pty Ltd., Caspar Pty Ltd and Coastal Estates Pty Ltd trading as Florida Partnership (the proponent) is proposing is to construct an urban residential subdivision development of Lot 9008 Ocean Road, Dawesville in the Florida Beach Estate.
The development area is approximately 17.4 ha in size
What happens next
Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.
The Chairman's decisions on level of assessment are released each Monday on the EPA's website.
