Aigle Royal Developments proposes to develops Lot 11 and 74 Beenyup Road Banjup for residential and associated purposes.
The proposal includes development of 4.44 hectares (ha) for residential development and public open space, and a 2.62 ha conservation area

What happens next
Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.
