Meynell Pty Ltd intends to subdivide Lot 9002 Prowse Road, Capel to create 58 lots for residential development, associated access roads, a reserve for recreation and drainage and a ‘balance’ lot for future consideration. The proponent has modified its referral since it was advertised for seven day comment in March 2020.
The proposal area is 15.5 hectares (ha) of which approximately:

What happens next
Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.
