Overview
Cliffs Asia Pacific Iron Ore Pty Ltd proposes to extend its existing iron ore mining operations at the Koolyanobbing Range to include the Koolyanobbing Range F Deposit, located approximately 50km north-east of the town of Southern Cross.
What happens next
Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.
