Overview

The Public Transport Authority proposes The Swan River Pedestrian Bridge that involves construction of a pedestrian bridge over the Swan River linking the East Perth foreshore to the Burswood Peninsula, and construction of a bus hub at East Perth.  This proposal forms the third component (Part 3) of the new Perth Stadium Project.

 

 

 

 

 

What happens next

Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.

The Chairman's decisions on level of assessment are released each Monday on the EPA's website.
