Concrete Batching Plant

Overview

The EPA has received a third party referral for a Concrete Batching Plant in the City of Bayswater.  The proponent, Ransberg Pty Ltd T/A WA Premix, has provided detailed information on the proposal to construct and operate a concrete batching plant with a production capacity of 150m3/hour of ready -mixed concrete.

What happens next

Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.

The Chairman's decisions on level of assessment are released each Monday on the EPA's website.
