Mr. Sean Hensberg is proposing to construct a dwelling on Lot 125 Edwards Road, Stirling Estate in the Shire of Capel. 
 
Lot 125 Edwards Road totals approximately 8.44 hectares in size. The proposed dwelling is approximately 236 square metres. 

What happens next

Following the seven day public comment period and consideration of any comments received, the EPA will decide whether or not this proposal requires environmental impact assessment and, if so, what level of assessment will be applied.
